Shipping & Handling
We ship via UPS ground and USPS parcel post with an order fulfillment time of 10-14 days. Priority & Express Mail, UPS Next Day and International shipping options are also available at additional costs. At its discretion, cowboysnindians.com may substitute shipping services to complete an order.
Limited To Supplies On Hand
Some items sold in Cowboysnindians.com's Shopping Cart are limited editions, one-of-a-kind, or limited to the supply on hand. If a product is not in stock, or unavailable, buyer will be notified via email of its status. If buyer chooses to cancel the order, a credit will be applied to the buyer's credit card.
10-Day Return Policy
Should you receive an item that is damaged or not in the condition as represented on cowboysnindians.com, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#). We can only process returns and refunds for merchandise purchased from cowboysnindians.com.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise returned to us must be traceable by your shipper and insured for the value of the merchandise. Once we receive your merchandise we will provide you with a confirmation of receipt and appropriate credit. Some return exceptions apply and may be assessed on an individual basis.
Warranty Information
Items sold on cowboysnindians.com are covered by the individual manufactures warranties. Cowboysnindians.com is not liable in any manner for said warranties. It is the buyer’s responsibility to contact manufacture regarding item warranty.
Additional Policies
Wrong Items Sent
Please notify us within 10 days of receiving merchandise incorrectly shipped to you. We will issue a call tag and have the merchandise picked up at our expense. Upon our receipt of the merchandise and confirm our error, the correct merchandise will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Do not request a call tag if you merely want to return an item.
Lost Shipments
We understand that a shipment remains our responsibility until you accept receipt. Notify us as soon as an item appears lost. Once the carrier confirms that the merchandise was not delivered and/or signed by a person or persons at the shipping address, you can opt to have us issue a credit to your credit card or to re-ship the merchandise.
